IFT Agreement definition
IFT Agreement means that certain Agreement dated July 30, 1996 between Interactive Flight Technologies, Inc. and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ International, Inc., as amended by that certain Amendment No. 1 to Agreement dated October 25, 1996, between Interactive Flight Technologies, Inc. and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ International, Inc.
IFT Agreement means the agreement to be made between the Company and IFT Management Limited in the agreed form;
