IFSP team definition

IFSP team means the team that develops and imple- ments the IFSP consisting of the parent, service coordinator, ser- vice providers, at least one professional who served on the EI team and any other person identified by the parent.
IFSP team means the persons responsible for developing, reviewing the IFSP. The team shall include the parent(s), the family service coordinator, person(s) directly involved in conducting evaluations and assessments, and, as appropriate, persons who will be providing services to the child or family, an advocate or other persons, including family members, as requested by the family.
IFSP team or "Individualized Familv Service Plan Team" means the child's family; FRC; EIS providers, and others, as identified on the plan.
