IFR Debt definition
IFR Debt means Indebtedness in the principal amount of not more than $15,000,000 owing by one or more of the Borrowers to IFR Systems Ltd. and/or IFR Ltd., each a Subsidiary of Aeroflex and each a corporation organized under the laws of the United Kingdom.
