IFPA definition

IFPA as used herein shall mean International Fresh Produce Association, or its officers or committees or agents or employees acting for them, in the management of the Exposition. “Exhibitor” shall mean the exhibitor or sponsor to the Event who completed the Booth Sales Agreement. “Exhibitor Representatives” shall mean persons who are officers, agents, employees, or representatives of the Exhibiting Company.
