Grievant is a bargaining unit member or a group of unit members, Association or IFO filing a grievance.
The IFO shall have the right to meet and confer on the provisions and procedures of the Plan.
Subject to applicable laws and policies of the Employer and/or the State of Minnesota, the IFO or Association shall have the right to use campus e-mail, Internet access, and the university distribution mail service for disseminating information and communicating with faculty members.
