Examples of IFG Shares in a sentence

  • As a guarantee for the performance of the obligations and undertakings of the Sellers pursuant to this Agreement, the Sellers shall on Completion place the IFG Shares in escrow pursuant to the Escrow Agreement.

  • The execution and delivery of this Agreement, and the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby (including the issuance of the IFG Shares), have been duly authorised by all necessary corporate action on the part of IFG and the Buyer.

  • The number of IFG Shares to be delivered to the Sellers and Non Family Shareholders does not correspond to a round number of IFG Shares.

  • The consideration exceeding this round number of IFG Shares shall be paid in cash in the proportion set out in Schedule 3.2(a).
