IfATE. (or any successor body) means the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education and is an employer led crown Non-Departmental Public Body that oversees the development, approval and publication of apprenticeship standards and assessment plans as well as the occupational maps for T Levels and apprenticeships.
