The NCU shall ensure that the external licensed auditor will conduct the financial audit in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA), issued by the International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board (IAASB) of the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC), to obtain reasonable assurance that the financial statements taken as a whole are free from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error (ISA 200, point 17).
For the Inter-Campus IFAC, the recommendation shall be submitted in writing as follows: to the Vice-President (Academic) for the Faculty of Business Administration (Fredericton), to the Vice-President (Saint ▇▇▇▇) for the Faculty of Business (Saint ▇▇▇▇).
