IFA Agreements definition
IFA Agreements means those agreements entered into between the SELLER and/or its affiliated companies, and members of the IFA group of companies in relation to the IFA developments including “BOULEVARD, ZIMBALI LAKES” or “ZIMBALI”, from time to time.
IFA Agreements means those agreements entered into between the Seller and/or its affiliated companies, and members of the Fairmont group of companies in relation to the IFA Zimbali Resort, from time to time.
