IESPP shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.3(f).
Examples of IESPP in a sentence
You will not be able to resume participation in the IESPP prior to the start of the next offering period.
If your employment terminates for any reason or your eligibility status changes (<20 hrs/wk or <5 months/yr), you will immediately cease to participate in the IESPP, and your IESPP payroll deductions collected in that purchase period will automatically be refunded to you.
You will not be able to resume participation in the IESPP until a new offering period begins.
All shares of Company Common Stock purchased in the Final IESPP Offering shall be cancelled at the Effective Time and converted into the right to receive the Merger Consideration in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
