Examples of IE Contract in a sentence

  • FBR shall, contemporaneously with the execution of the IE Contract, provide its consent to the IE Contract in the form attached herewith as Schedule V [IE Contract Letter of Consent].

  • On the Financing Termination Date, the Financiers shall cease to remain a party to the IE Contract, and shall undertake all actions and execute all instruments whatsoever required by the Parties to ensure that the Financiers cease to remain a party to the IE Contract.

  • The Concessionaire shall within seven (7) Days thereafter (a) select a shortlisted entity to be the Independent Engineer, (b) in consultation with FBR and the Financiers, finalize the fees and other terms of appointment of the Independent Engineer, and (c) jointly with the Financiers, enter into the IE Contract with inter alios the Independent Engineer on the finalized fee and other terms of appointment.

  • IE will keep and maintain all records and other documents pertaining to the performance of the IE Contract until the final payment of funds paid to the IE by Soliciting Entity.

  • However, prior to each monthly payment, IE must be in compliance with all material terms and conditions of the IE Contract, and, prior to final payment, IE will have completed all obligations under the IE Contract.

  • Travel for work to be performed under the IE Contract must be approved by a Commission Staff member via email communication, prior to travel occurrence.

  • In the event that performance is ordered to be suspended upon instruction of the Commission, IE will be compensated for all work completed prior to said suspension according to allowed expenses and labor at the rates as stated in the IE Contract.

  • The IE will be paid a “not to exceed” amount agreed upon for professional services and related expenses rendered under the IE Contract.

Related to IE Contract

  • Prime Contract means the contract between LOCKHEED MARTIN and the U.S. Government or between LOCKHEED MARTIN and its higher-tier contractor who has a contract with the U.S. Government.

  • Service Contract means, with respect to a Financed Vehicle, the agreement, if any, financed under the related Receivable that provides for the repair of such Financed Vehicle.
