The Class I-E, Class X and Residual Certificates may not be acquired or transferred to a transferee for or on behalf of a Plan.
Upon the formation of the Trust by the contribution by the Depositor pursuant to Section 2.05 hereof and until the conveyance of the Mortgage Loans pursuant to Section 2.01 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement and the issuance of the Class R, Class I-E, Class C and Class X Certificates, and thereafter except as otherwise permitted hereunder, the Depositor shall be the sole Certificateholder.
