IDTF definition

IDTF means an independent diagnostic testing facility as defined by CMS and the regulations promulgated thereunder.
IDTF means independent diagnostic testing facility as designated by Medicare.

  • Nothing in this Contract shall be construed to require medical staff of the IDTF to perform any procedure or course of treatment which the staff deems professionally unacceptable or is contrary to IDTF policy.

  • The IDTF is an independent contractor who has entered into this Contract to become a Network IDTF and is not, nor is intended to be, the employee, agent or other legal representative of EGID in the performance of the provisions of this Contract.
