IDNO definition
IDNO means an independent Distribution Network Operator, being a holder of a distribution licence which does not have a distribution services area and who is not an ex Public Electricity Supplier;
IDNO means a holder of a Licence to distribute electricity for embedded networks; an Independent Distribution Network Operator owns and operates electricity distribution systems which will predominantly be network extensions connected to the existing Distribution System owned and operated by the Company; “kV” means kilovolts;
IDNO means the licensed independent electricity distribution network operator who is identified in the Agreement and who intends to construct, own, operate and maintain an IDNO Network or IDNO Networks and who in order to do so requires a Connection or Connections
Examples of IDNO in a sentence
In this Section 2A, in the Schedules when applied pursuant to this Section 2A, and in the terms defined in Clause 1 when used in this Section 2A or those Schedules, a reference to a Company is a reference to each Party that is either a DNO Party or an IDNO Party separately and individually and, where an obligation is imposed on, or a right granted to, a Company, that obligation is imposed on, and that right is granted to, each such Party separately and independently.
