Idle Hours definition

Idle Hours means any periods of time either side of the Hire Period where, due to Venue or Event related logistical requirements, or delays, Equipment must necessarily remain installed at the Venue but is unavailable or not required for use;

Examples of Idle Hours in a sentence

  • An example of Idle Hours is when the booth is booked for 4 hours, where the booth is operational from 5pm- 6pm and 7pm-10pm.

  • LESSEE agrees to pay an hourly overtime fee of: Two hundred seventy five and no/100 _dollars ($_275.00) for each hour, or any fraction thereof, that LESSEE (or LESSEE’S agents, employees, patrons, guests or other persons admitted to the said Premises by LESSEE) uses or occupies the Premises before or after the Lease Period, or during Idle Hours, except as otherwise provided herein.
