IDHW definition

IDHW means the State of Idaho Department of Health and Welfare or any of its successor agencies, employees. and authorized representatives;
IDHW means the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, the agency responsible for child welfare and children in foster care in Idaho.

  • The Health Plan shall provide the IDHW with resumes of management and supervisory level staff for review and within ten (10) business days of any change.
