identity document definition

identity document means the following documents for identification of natural persons as applicable:
identity document means an original, government- issued document which contains identifying information about the subject of the document including the full legal name and date of birth or a document approved by DHS or the division director or designee. A copy of an original document must be certified by the issuing agency.
identity document means a document processed via the Service, which may be used to prove a person's identity and or address. For example, a passport, driving licence, National Identity card, utility bill or bank statement.
