Identity Cube definition

Identity Cube means, if applicable to the SaaS Services to which Customer has subscribed, a unique collection of identity data for an individual human, a non-human bot, or other user that will be granted access to and/or managed by such SaaS Services.
Identity Cube means a unique collection of identities for an individual that will be managed by SailPoint IdentityIQ for the purposes of certifying user access, enforcing access policy, monitoring user activity, or modeling user risk. These identities may be physically or logically maintained in a single repository or in separate physical or logical repositories. Although Identity Cubes for user accounts that have been deactivated may remain in the identity management system, those inactive Identity Cubes will not be included in the number of Identity Cube licenses in use by Customer.
Identity Cube means, if applicable to the SailPoint Offering to which Customer has licensed or subscribed, a unique collection of identity data for a Person or a Machine (as each is defined in the applicable Documentation), that will be granted access to, and/or represents an identity managed by, the SailPoint Offerings.

  • Customer acknowledges that SailPoint exercises no control over the content of the information transmitted by Customer or the Identity Cube users through the SaaS Services.

  • SailPoint reserves the right to suspend delivery of the SaaS Services if SailPoint reasonably concludes that Customer or an Identity Cube user’s use of the SaaS Services is causing immediate and ongoing harm to SailPoint or others.

  • Customer shall: (i) notify SailPoint immediately of any unauthorized use of any password or user id or any other known or suspected breach of security, and (ii) report to SailPoint immediately and use reasonable efforts to stop any unauthorized use of the Service that is known or suspected by Customer or any Identity Cube user.

  • Ordering Activity shall: (a) notify SailPoint immediately of any unauthorized use of any password or user id or any other known or suspected breach of security, (b) report to SailPoint immediately and use reasonable efforts to stop any unauthorized use of the SaaS Services that is known or suspected by Ordering Activity or any Identity Cube user, and (c) not provide false identity information to gain access to or use the SaaS Services.

  • Customer shall: (a) notify SailPoint immediately of any unauthorised use of any password or user id or any other known or suspected breach of security, (b) report to SailPoint immediately and use reasonable efforts to stop any unauthorised use of the SaaS Services that is known or suspected by Customer or any Identity Cube user, and (c) not provide false identity information to gain access to or use the SaaS Services.

  • Ordering Activity acknowledges that SailPoint exercises no control over the content of the information transmitted by Ordering Activity or the Identity Cube users through the SaaS Services.

  • You acknowledge that Flytxt exercises no control over the content of the information transmitted by you or the Identity Cube users through NCS.

  • You shall: (a) notify Flytxt immediately of any unauthorized use of any password or user id or any other known or suspected breach of security, (b) report to Flytxt immediately and use reasonable efforts to stop any unauthorized use of NCS that is known or suspected by you or any Identity Cube user, and (c) not provide false identity information to gain access to or use NCS.

  • Customer shall: (i) notify SailPoint immediately of any unauthorized use of any password or user id or any other known or suspected breach of security, (ii) report to SailPoint immediately and use reasonable efforts to stop any unauthorized use of the Service that is known or suspected by Customer or any Identity Cube user, and (iii) not provide false identity information to gain access to or use the Service.
