Identified Facilities definition
Identified Facilities has the meaning specified in Section 14.4(a).
Identified Facilities has the meaning specified in Section 14.4(a). “Included Locations” means, collectively, the Included Permitted Feedstock Locations and the Included Renewable Product Locations, and for purposes of this definition: (1) “Included Permitted Feedstock Locations” means, collectively, the Included Permitted Feedstock Storage Tanks and the Included Permitted Feedstock Pipelines, and for purposes of this definition: (a) “Included Permitted Feedstock Storage Tanks” means any of the tanks at the Refinery listed on Schedule E that store Permitted Feedstock, including, as applicable, any related facilities or pipelines owned or leased by the Company and used in connection with such tanks. (b) “Included Permitted Feedstock Pipelines” means the Permitted Feedstock pipelines or sections thereof owned or leased by the Company or by a third party
Examples of Identified Facilities in a sentence
For purposes of the Agreement and this Attachment, such Identified Facilities shall be considered TRO Affected Elements.
For purposes of the Agreement and this Amendment, such Identified Facilities shall be considered Declassified Network Elements.
For the avoidance of any doubt, Identified Facilities can only include the following: OCn Loops; OCn transport; Packet Switching; Local Switching that serves capacities of DS1 and above; and Feeder Subloop as a stand-alone UNE.
