Identified Collateral definition

Identified Collateral means any issued and outstanding Equity Interests of any Foreign Subsidiary (other than up to 65% of the issued and outstanding Equity Interests of any First Tier Foreign Subsidiary) to the extent directly owned by a Grantor.
Identified Collateral means any issued and outstanding Equity Interests of any Foreign Subsidiary (other than up to 65% of the issued and outstanding Equity Interests of any First Tier Foreign Subsidiary (as defined in the Security Agreement)) to the extent directly owned by the Company or a Subsidiary party to the Security Agreement.
