All persons working within Cascade Aerospace will be expected to observe established health and safety policies and to immediately report unsafe or harmful conditions, equipment, or practices in accordance with the Hazard Identification procedure where possible to their Supervisor and/or a Health and Safety Committee member who shall investigate, and, if deemed necessary, arrange to correct the problem as soon as possible.
