Identification Devices definition

Identification Devices means any passwords, codes, certificates, and other identification devices and security processes or measures necessary to access and use the Systems and Software.

  • Broker agrees not to assign and/or distribute any Identification Devices to individuals who are not Authorized Users.

  • The misuse, loss or unauthorized access to the Systems and Software Products using the Identification Devices (as that term is defined in Paragraph 30.1 of this Agreement) provided to Broker or its customers.

  • Pershing shall, from time to time, provide Broker with passwords, codes, certificates, and other identification devices and security measures (the "Identification Devices") necessary to access and use the Systems and Software Products.

  • The misuse, loss or unauthorized access to the Systems and Software Products using the Identification Devices (as that term is defined in Section 28.4 of this Agreement) provided to Broker or its customers.
