Once Number. Portability is implemented pursuant to FCC or Commission regulation, either Party may withdraw, at any time and at its sole discretion, its INP offerings, subject to advance notice to the other Party and coordination to allow the seamless and transparent conversion of INP Customer numbers to Number Portability. Upon implementation of Number Portability pursuant to FCC regulation, both Parties agree to conform and provide such Number Portability.
