IDCP definition

IDCP has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.
IDCP means a product that uses the DFAST Technology and communicates with a cable headend on an interactive basis so as, without limitation, to be capable of obtaining access to video-on-demand or other on-demand or per-view services, of using the return path of the cable system, or of using electronic program guide services provisioned by the Cable Operator.
IDCP has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.1.
