ID File definition

ID File means the unique binary data that describes a Work and is used for the automatic identification of that Work. ID Files may be provided by Provider to Google or created by Google using the Reference Files and/or Provider Content.

Examples of ID File in a sentence

  • Google may share the following information with a Content ID Participant when a match is detected: (a) Provider’s identity, and the titles, descriptions, and metadata furnished by Provider to Google for each ID File matching a Content ID Participant file; and (b) Provider’s applicable usage policy.

  • Provider will have the ability to select among certain usage policies to be communicated to each Content ID Participant when a match is detected between a Content ID Participant file and an ID File.

  • After each ID File is added to the Content Management System, the Content Management System will compare all videos subsequently uploaded by users against the ID File to identify Video Matches and apply the Usage Policies assigned by Provider.

  • In the event Provider identifies a Video Match using search functionality through the Content Management Tools, Provider will have the option of using Google’s Content Management System to designate that content as an ID File.

  • With respect to Google Ads, Provider will receive 70% of Ad Revenues (or its pro-rata share of 70% if there are multiple claimants who are the legal owners or licensees of the to Monetized Content, i.e., the Reference File matches a portion of the ID File as defined in the CIMA.

  • Provider will provide metadata associated with each Reference File, Provider Content or ID File (such as title, description, Usage Policy, and Territory for each Usage Policy).

  • The application will place an ID File on each Member School’s computer to allow us to identify it is a school computer.

  • If any particular ID File has not yielded any Video Matches within a reasonable time or is not updated or verified by Provider, or if it yields erroneous results, Google may remove such ID File from the Content Management Tools and Google will notify Provider of such removal.

Related to ID File

  • Data File means a single record or collection of data records that are logically related to each other, and are handled as a unit;

  • Case file means a record that is assembled and maintained for each application approved for state cost sharing.

  • Master File has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
