If the Parties fail to agree on a mutually acceptable arbitrator within thirty (30) days after the Arbitration Request, then the arbitrator shall be selected by the ICRD.
The Recipient shall in particular, for the purpose of the Project: (i) provide facilities for Global Development Learning Network (GDLN), ICRD, IITC and the PCU; (ii) mobilize MINEDUB and MINESEC expertise at the central, provincial and department levels to implement the activities under Parts A, B and C of the Project; and (iii) undertake surveys on the performance indicators under Schedule 2 of this Agreement.
Responsibility for Project coordination shall be vested: (i) at the national level, with the ICRD for overall guidance and NCC for technical coordination; and (ii) at the provincial level, with the CRDC.
Any arbitration between you and us will be finally settled under the International Arbitration Rules of the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (“ICDR”) then in force (the “ICDR Rules”) by one arbitrator appointed in accordance with the ICRD Rules.
