Examples of ICQ User in a sentence

  • In cases where an ICQ User performs a search for MP through any search or navigational tool or mechanism that is accessible or available through the ICQ Network (e.g., Promotions, search terms, or any other promotions or navigational tools), ICQ shall have the right to direct such ICQ User to the MP Areas, or any other MP Interactive Site determined by ICQ in its reasonable discretion.

  • For purposes of this Agreement, a "Prior Business Relationship" will mean that the ICQ User to whom commercial e-mail or other online communication is being sent has voluntarily either (i) engaged in a transaction with MP or (ii) provided information to MP through a contest, registration, or other communication, which included clear notice to the ICQ User that the information provided could result in commercial e-mail or other online communication being sent to that ICQ User by MP or its agents.

  • Additionally, with respect to such ICQ User communications, in the event that MP encourages an ICQ User to purchase products through such communications, MP shall ensure that (a) the ICQ Network is promoted as the primary means through which the ICQ User can access the MP Areas and (b) any link to the MP Areas will link to a page which indicates to the ICQ User that such user is in a site which is affiliated with the ICQ Network.

  • Except as explicitly required hereunder, to protect user privacy, IXI also is prohibited from the collection or solicitation of ICQ User numbers and/or password information without ICQ’s express written consent.

  • A PC-to-PC calling service (the ---------------- "PC-to-PC Service"), which shall allow any ICQ User (through use of the ICQ IP Telephony Software as distributed through the ICQ Service in accordance with the terms of this Agreement) to originate a voice conversation on an Internet enabled PC and to terminate such conversation on another Internet-enabled PC.

  • In order to use the ICQ Mail Service, an ICQ User will ----------------- be required to register for the ICQ Mail Service.

  • All ICQ User Data shall be deemed ICQ Confidential Information and nothing in this Agreement shall be read to give IXI or any third party a license or any other right in or to the ICQ User Data, both during and after the Term of this Agreement, except and solely to the extent necessary to perform its obligations under this Agreement.

  • For purposes of the foregoing, a "Prior Business Relationship" shall mean that the ICQ User has either (i) purchased products or services from CP, or (ii) voluntarily provided information to CP (other than as a result of being an ICQ Mail User) through a contest, registration, or other communication, which included clear and conspicuous notice to the ICQ User that the information provided by the ICQ User could result in a message or communication being sent to that ICQ User by CP or its agents.

  • At all times either during or after the Term of this Agreement, IXI and any Approved Third Party Distributor shall not disclose ICQ User Data to any third-party without the prior written consent of ICQ.

  • ICQ shall determine, in its sole discretion, any agreements to be obtained from and/or information to be collected from the ICQ User as part of the registration process and any domain names, email addresses and passwords to be assigned and/or used with the ICQ Mail Service.

Related to ICQ User

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Customer Portal means a web portal maintained by Liferay or a Liferay Affiliate that provides for various resources accessible to Liferay Subscription customers as further described in Section 2.1 below.

  • Login means a unique username, which allows Clients to access Trading System, and further allows to access into the Trading System after entering the username and Password.
