ICPE definition

ICPE means classified facilities for the protection of the environment ("Installation classée pour la protection de l'environnement”).

  • The Lessee undertakes to operate and maintain the ICPE in such manner that this installation is not such as to cause any nuisance whatsoever to third parties and/or to the other tenants of the Property.

  • Stormwater management measure means any practice, technology, process, program, or other method intended to control or reduce stormwater runoff and associated pollutants, or to induce or control the infiltration or groundwater recharge of stormwater or to eliminate illicit or illegal non-stormwater discharges into stormwater conveyances.
