ICOMOS definition

ICOMOS means the ‘International Council on Monuments and Sites’, a non-government international organisation, with a national chapter in Australia, primarily concerned with the philosophy, terminology, methodology and techniques of cultural heritage conservation.
ICOMOS means the International Council of Monuments and Sites, the World Heritage Committee’s official Advisory Body with respect to cultural heritage matters.
