ICN Claim definition
ICN Claim means any claim or cause of action (including but not limited to any claim in contract, in tort and/or under statute) made by ICN under or in relation to this Agreement, the sale of the Assets, any aspect of the Assets or the Business or the negotiation and communications in relation thereto.
