ICM Services definition

ICM Services means integration and customization services selected and purchased by Customer and provided to Customer by Blackboard as part of an optional annual maintenance program for the Downloadable Solution, and includes integration of the Software with Customer’s other licensed Blackboard products, and support related to planned minor releases from Blackboard such as application packs, service packs and hotfixes, as well as updates and upgrades. ICM Services shall not include support or technical assistance required as a result of changes to Customer’s system architecture, or from changes to Customer’s external environment such as the installation of third party authentication or other tools.

Related to ICM Services

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • System Services means the SRS, DNS Name Server and Whois services for the Registry TLD for which availability and Performance Specifications are established.

  • ecosystem services means the benefits that the public enjoys as a result of natural processes and biological diversity.

  • The Services means those services ancillary to the supply of the Goods, such as transportation and insurance, and any other incidental services, such as installation, commissioning, provision of technical assistance, training, and other such obligations of the Supplier covered under the Contract.
