ICHK definition

ICHK means Illinois Capacitor HK Limited, a Hong Kong limited company. “Improvements” means all buildings, improvements and structures located on the Covered Real Property, including landscaping, parking lots and structures, roads, drainage and all above-ground and underground utility structures, systems and other so-called “infrastructure” improvements.
