ICF/IDD definition

ICF/IDD means an intermediate care facility for individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Examples of ICF/IDD in a sentence

  • For persons who are transitioning from an institutional setting, the CDDO shall work with the HCBS Institutional Transition Specialist and the individual's MCO, if applicable, to identify possible MFP participants and assist individuals living in a qualifying institutional setting as an Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual/ Developmental Disabilities (ICF-IDD).

  • Such services are funded under the State Plan (ICF-IDD, Targeted Case Management, OPWDD-certified specialty Clinic) and OPWDD's Section 1915(c) waiver.

  • Innovations Waiver: The Section 1915(c) Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) waiver for individuals with I/DD who meet Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual Disability (ICF-IDD) level of care criteria that the PIHP operates in the geographic area covered by this Contract.
