Several First Nations have created an Indigenous Community Energy Plan (ICEP) and/or are creating positions for Community Energy Champions, supported by the Independent Electricity Systems Operators (IESO) and other partners.
Any required adjustment from the “Renewal Year” commission to the “Initial Year” commission will be made following the Company’s or CMS’s identification that the individual is in an ICEP or new to the MA Program.
The annual membership fee entitles all members to the following services & support: • Administration of the ICECAP initiative • Data acquisition and analysis of corporate GHG emissions • Management of PCP or ICEP account on behalf of members • Development and submission of PCP or ICEP staff-reviewed reports • Support to the ICECAP Corporate Stakeholders Committee • Support to the ICECAP Technical and Communications Advisory Groups • Ongoing GBBR Inc.
If the Company identifies the enrolled individual is in an Initial Coverage Election Period (ICEP) or CMS identifies the individual is in an ICEP or is new to the Medicare Advantage program the Company shall pay Agent the full “Initial Year Commission” amount and shall not pro-rate the amount regardless of the individual’s effective month of enrollment during the CMS plan year.
The Recipient must recognize the IESO’s contribution in all publicity and non-confidential publications related to the Project in written documents by including the following text, unless instructed by the IESO otherwise: “This community energy plan was made possible in part through the financial support of the Independent Electricity System Operator’s (IESO) Indigenous Community Energy Plan Program (ICEP).
Each Partner will provide the ICECAP with available energy data and related information to meet PCP and ICEP requirements and participate as needed to achieve the goals set out in the annual work plans.
If the Company identifies the individual is in an Initial Coverage Election Period (ICEP) or CMS identifies the individual is in an ICEP or is enrolling in a Medicare Advantage plan for the first time, the Company shall adjust the compensation paid to Agent for the individual from the “Renewal Year” commission specified below to the “Initial Year” commission specified below.
The Corporation will also cover the cost of maintaining Mechanics licenses for fuels, Natural Gas, Mechanics License; 310T, 310S, ICE-P, ICE-NG upon production of receipt.
