ICEMA definition

ICEMA means the public entity known as the Inland Counties Emergency Medical Agency established pursuant to Article II of this Agreement.

  • Registered nurses assigned to the Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) and the Emergency Medical Services Nurses assigned to the Inland Counties Emergency Management Agency (ICEMA) who are required and approved by their Appointing Authority to maintain a certificate as a Mobile Intensive Care Nurse (MICN) shall be entitled to a differential of three dollars ($3.00) per hour above their base hourly rate of pay for all hours actually worked.

  • Honeywell “we”, “us” or “our” means Honeywell International Inc. or Affiliate(s) who execute or assent to the Order Form. “You” or “your” means collectively the other entities executing or assenting to the Order Form. “Affiliate” means any entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with, another entity.   • Company Products means each product (including any hardware, Software and firmware product) or service developed, manufactured, sold, licensed, leased or delivered by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
