Registered nurses assigned to the Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) and the Emergency Medical Services Nurses assigned to the Inland Counties Emergency Management Agency (ICEMA) who are required and approved by their Appointing Authority to maintain a certificate as a Mobile Intensive Care Nurse (MICN) shall be entitled to a differential of three dollars ($3.00) per hour above their base hourly rate of pay for all hours actually worked.
