City, in consideration of the rents and covenants hereinafter mentioned, does hereby rent, demise and lease unto Lessee, the entire food concession stand at the City’s Ice Skating Rink situated in the City of Bethlehem, County of Northampton, Pennsylvania, said premises to be used for the purpose of operating a food concession stand and for no other purposes.
