ICE Exchanges definition

ICE Exchanges means the following entities: ICE Endex; ICE U.S. OTC Commodity Markets, LLC; ICE Futures U.S., Inc.; ICE Futures Europe; ICE Futures Canada, Inc.; ICE Futures Abu Dhabi; ICE Swap Trade, LLC; Creditex, LLC; Creditex Brokerage, LLP; Creditex Securities Corporation; ICE Futures Singapore Pte. Ltd.; ICE NGX; TMC Bonds, L.L.C. and such other exchanges or trading venues operated by any ICE Affiliate that a Provider may make available from time to time.

Examples of ICE Exchanges in a sentence

  • The provision of the Services by a Provider pursuant to any Agreement (as defined below) are distinct from and are not considered part of the ICE Exchange Services, which are provided by the applicable ICE Exchanges, respectively, and governed by the rules, policies and procedures of the applicable ICE Exchanges, respectively, and the relevant agreements entered into between Subscriber and such ICE Exchange, if any.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, no rights are conferred on or granted to Subscriber under this DSA or any Product Activation Form or Annex with respect to the ICE Exchanges or the ICE Exchange Services(as such terms are defined below).

  • The provision of the Services by a Provider pursuant to any Agreement (as defined below) are distinct from and are not considered part of the ICE Exchange Services or the Bakkt Digital Asset Warehouse, which are provided by the applicable ICE Exchanges and Bakkt (as defined below), respectively, and governed by the rules, policies and procedures of the applicable ICE Exchanges and Bakkt, respectively, and the relevant agreements entered into between Subscriber and such ICE Exchange or Bakkt, if any.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, no rights are conferred on or granted to Subscriber under this Agreement with respect to the ICE Exchanges or the ICE Exchange Services (as defined below), and the provision of the Services by ICE are distinct from and are not considered part of the ICE Exchange Services, which are provided by the respective ICE Exchanges and governed by such ICE Exchange’s rules, policies and procedures and the relevant agreements entered into between Subscriber and such ICE Exchange, if any.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, no rights are conferred on or granted to Subscriber under this DSA or any Product Activation Form or Annex with respect to the ICE Exchanges, the ICE Exchange Services or the Bakkt Digital Asset Warehouse (as such terms are defined below).

Related to ICE Exchanges

  • Reference Exchange means XETRA.

  • Applicable Exchange means the New York Stock Exchange or such other securities exchange as may at the applicable time be the principal market for the Common Stock.

  • Final Exchange Bulletin means the Exchange Bulletin which is issued following closing of the Qualifying Transaction and the submission of all required documentation and that evidences the final Exchange acceptance of the Qualifying Transaction.

  • Free Exchange means an exchange of a Commission Share of one Fund for a Commission Share of another Fund under circumstances where the CDSC which would have been payable in respect of a redemption of the exchanged Commission Share on the date of such exchange is waived and the Commission Share issued in such exchange is treated as a continuation of the investment in the Commission Share exchanged for purposes of determining the CDSC payable if such Commission Share issued in the exchange is thereafter redeemed.

  • Multiple Exchange Index means an Index identified or specified as such in the definition of Indices.
