ICE Data definition

ICE Data means ICE Data, LP.
ICE Data means The ICE Data Group, L.P. the registered office of which is ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, “Authorized User” means the employees of Customer who have been identified as Authorized Users on the Registration Form. “Customer” means the legal entity identified in the Registration Form as the employer of the Authorized Employee. “Device” means any unit of equipment, fixed or portable, that receives, accesses or displays Market Data in visible, audible or other comprehensible form. “Force Majeure Event” means any flood, extraordinary weather conditions, earthquake or other act of God, fire, war, insurrection, riot, labor dispute, accident, action of government, communications or power failures, equipment or software malfunctions or other event beyond the reasonable control of ICE Data. “Market Data” means information and data pertaining to the commodity and other contracts traded on the trading platforms operated by the Exchange, and includes, without limitation, opening and closing range prices, high and low prices, settlement prices, current bid and ask prices, last sale prices, price limits, requests for quotations, estimated and actual contract volume data, text messages pertaining to market activity and contract specifications. With respect to your obligations under these Terms, Market Data includes information, data and materials that are derived from the foregoing and that convey information to you that is substantially equivalent to Market Data. “Person” means any natural person, proprietorship, corporation, partnership, limited liability company or other organization. “Registration Form” means the WebICE Service registration form. “System” means any hardware, software, systems and/or communications links furnished directly or indirectly by ICE Data to you from time to time. “Terms” means these WebICE Service Terms and Conditions. “You” means the Customer and the Authorized Employee.
ICE Data means data that is provided by or calculated utilising data provided by ICE and/or ICE’s affiliates, which may include data sourced through ICE or its affiliates’ third-party suppliers.

Examples of ICE Data in a sentence

  • Without limiting any other disclaimers, neither ICE Data, The Exchanges or any of their Affiliates make any representation or warranty that the Pricing Data is accurate or complete, that the Pricing Data will be free from errors or will be uninterrupted.

  • Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that the Pricing Data is provided “AS-IS” and that neither ICE Data, the Exchanges or any of their Affiliates make any representation or warranty, express or implied, with respect to the Market Data.

  • ICE Data shall have the ability to transfer or assign this Agreement in its sole discretion and any Change of Control with respect to ICE Data shall not result in termination of, or otherwise impact ICE Data’s rights under, this Agreement.

  • If the report is delinquent for two consecutive months, ICE Data reserves the right to terminate the Agreement under the terms of this Agreement with immediate effect.

  • Where the Licensee provides Personal Information to ICE Data for purposes of providing the services (“Licensee’s Personal Information”), ICE Data shall act as a service provider with respect to such Licensee’s Personal Information.

  • All information regarding the Data, its components and methods of calculation, no matter the form provided, including without limitation, written, electronic or orally conveyed information, including but not limited to the Intra Day Prices and the End of Day Prices, is considered proprietary and Confidential Information of ICE Data.

  • At any time within thirty (30) days from receipt of such a notice from Licensee, or ICE Data otherwise learns of such intentions or a Change of Control, ICE Data may terminate this Agreement by giving Licensee notice in writing of its election to terminate.

  • This license does not apply to any Data other than that specifically licensed herein by ICE Data.

  • ICE Data shall process Licensee’s Personal Information consistent with ICE Data’s Privacy Policy and unless the Licensee provides prior written approval, ICE Data shall not collect, retain, use, disclose, or sell Licensee’s Personal Information for any purpose other than performing the services pursuant to this Agreement, enabling ICE Data to meet its legal and regulatory requirements, marketing ICE Data’s products and services, or product improvement and development.

  • This license does not apply to any information, marks or other products or services provided by ICE Data or its Affiliates.
