ICC Contracts definition

ICC Contracts means contracts, licences, leases, agreements, obligations, promises, undertakings, understandings, arrangements, documents, commitments, entitlements or engagements to which ICC or any of its Subsidiaries is a party or by which any of them are bound or under which ICC or any of its Subsidiaries has, or will have, any liability or contingent liability (in each case, whether written or oral, express or implied), and includes any quotations, orders, proposals or tenders which remain open for acceptance and warranties and guarantees.
