ICC Collections definition
ICC Collections means all collected funds which result from the proceeds of accounts receivable or contract rights (less Taxes and Surcharges) relating to the ICC Business and which are collected through the Lockbox Account and/or Blocked Account established for ICC accounts. The remainder of Section 1 shall remain as originally written.
