ICC Code. , shall mean, for the purposes of the Safety Fire Commissioner’s Rules and Regulations, any of the codes, or portions thereof, as published by the International Code Council (ICC) and as adopted and modified as set forth in this Chapter or any other chapter of the Safety Fire Commissioner’s Rules and Regulations.
