ICC Arbitration Case definition

ICC Arbitration Case means the arbitration case currently pending before the Court of Arbitration, International Chamber of Commerce, with Case No. 12708/ACS/FM, including the claims filed by ProMOS and the counterclaims filed by Infineon, and the respective amendments to the claims and counterclaims.
