ICB Goods definition

ICB Goods means the goods specified in the Surveillance Subproject Implementation Agreement for procurement following the international competitive bidding procedures referred to in Schedule 4, Section I, Part B.1 of this Agreement;
ICB Goods means the goods to be procured in accordance with the international competitive bidding procedures referred to in Schedule 3, Section I, Part B.1 of this Agreement;

  • Each contract for ICB Goods, Works or Non-consultant Services shall be subject to Prior Review by the Association.
