Examples of IC Products in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Program Schedule or the Master License, but subject to the following sentence, Licensee shall have the right to Tape Out up to *** (***) IC Products that include any of PCIe, Display Port or MIPI products (collectively, the “AMD Products”) that Virage Logic has licensed from Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.

  • In the event you are deemed to have violated this policy, we reserve the right to offer an alternative pricing plan or IC Product or Service that will permit you to continue to use IC Products or Services.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, you must pay all charges, taxes, and other costs and fees related to obtaining your own Internet access, telephone, computer, and other equipment, and any communications or other charges incurred by you to access IC Products or Services.

  • IC does not warrant the results of its correction or replacement IC Products or Services.

  • You may not obtain the communications protocol for accessing the IC Products.

  • Should you bear financial responsibility for payment to IC for IC Products or Services or have otherwise made payment for IC Products or Services, you agree to indemnify any Users of IC Products or Services that you have paid for with respect to any and all matters.

  • Neither IC nor any IC Affiliate assumes any liability to any party other than you arising out of your Use or inability to Use the IC Products or Services.
