IBT Financial Statements definition

IBT Financial Statements means the (i) the audited consolidated statements of financial condition (including related notes and schedules) of IBT as of December 31, 2005, 2004 and 2003 and the consolidated statements of income, changes in shareholders' equity and cash flows (including related notes and schedules, if any) of IBT for each of the three years ended December 31, 2005, 2004 and 2003, as set forth in IBT's annual report for the year ended December 31, 2005, and (ii) the unaudited interim consolidated financial statement of IBT as of the end of the three-month period ended March 31, 2006, as filed by IBT in its Securities Documents.
IBT Financial Statements means the (i) the audited consolidated statements of financial condition (including related notes and schedules) of IBT as of December 31, 2004, 2003 and 2002 and the consolidated statements of income, changes in shareholders' equity and cash flows (including related notes and schedules, if any) of IBT for each of the three years ended December 31, 2004, 2003 and 2002, as set forth in IBT's annual report for the year ended December 31, 2004, and (ii) the unaudited interim consolidated financial statement of IBT as of the end of the three-month period ended March 31, 2005, six-month period ended June 30, 2005, and nine-month period ended September 30, 2005 as filed by IBT in its Securities Documents.
