IBT Agreement definition

IBT Agreement means that certain National Master Freight Agreement, effective April 1, 2019, among the IBT, YRC Inc. (formerly, Yellow Transportation, Inc. and Roadway Express, Inc.), USF Holland LLC and New Penn Motor Express LLC, as amended, restated, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed or replaced from time to time.
