  • When an athlete does not attend a race and/or leaves a position vacant, they can negatively affect the chances for the US to qualify the maximum number of spots in an IBSF competition.

  • Teams choosing not to use IBSF runners will be entered into a guest class or as a pilot sled for the race and will not be considered for the National Team.

  • The standard of proof shall be whether IBSF has established an anti-doping rule violation to the comfortable satisfaction of the hearing panel bearing in mind the seriousness of the allegation which is made.

  • IBSF may at its own discretion decide to take responsibility for those costs.

  • Contracting Party shall have the meaning designated in the preamble to Section 5.2 hereof.

  • CMC means Comprehensive maintenance Contract (labour, spare and preventive maintenance)

  • CCMA means the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration established in terms of section 112 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995;

  • PMC means Project Management Consultant who is designated supervision agency during execution of this project.

  • Supplier Agreement means this overarching agreement, consisting of these terms and conditions and any schedules to them, setting out the arrangements for management of the DPS, the process to apply when a Customer wishes to award Service Agreements via the DPS and the terms and conditions applicable to the carrying out of Service Agreements;

  • Microsoft means Microsoft Corporation.

  • Supplier means the successful bidder who is awarded the contract to maintain and administer the required and specified service(s) to the State.

  • Providing Party has the meaning set forth in Section 11.

  • CSSF means the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier;

  • Customer Agreement means a written agreement entered into between Provider and any Customer pursuant to which a Customer orders BPO Services from Provider.
