IBR EQUIPMENT definition
IBR EQUIPMENT means equipment manufactured, licensed or contracted for by IBR as designated by IBR from time to time as being required or recommended in connection with the construction, operation or maintenance of an IBR Plant generally and the Licensed Plant specifically, including, without restriction, such patented and proprietary equipment licensed to IBR as is described in Schedule C hereto or otherwise as IBR may specify from time to time;
