IBM Managed Device definition
IBM Managed Device means a Base Component located in an IBM e-business Hosting Center for which IBM is performing management responsibilities. For servers, only the servers identified as Fully Managed Servers in Exhibit A are considered an IBM Managed Device.
IBM Managed Device means a Base Component or Authority Component for which IBM is performing management responsibilities as set forth in applicable Service Option Attachment(s).
IBM Managed Device means a non-server Component for which IBM is performing management responsibilities as set forth in Schedule G.
