IBM Business. Partners We have signed agreements with certain organizations (called "IBM Business Partners") to promote, market, and support certain Products and Services. When you order our Products or Services (marketed to you by IBM Business Partners) under this Agreement, we confirm that we are responsible for providing the Products or Services to you under the warranties and other terms of this Agreement. We are not responsible for 1) the actions of IBM Business Partners, 2) any additional obligations they have to you, or 3) any products or services that they supply to you under their agreements.

  • To continue to use the Cloud Service beyond the end date, you will need to place an order with your IBM sales representative or IBM Business Partner to purchase a new subscription term.
